A Sarasota native with a lifetime of local knowledge, Fondren Watts brings a unique understanding of the community, its neighborhoods, and the lifestyle that continues to make the area one of Florida’s most desirable places to call home. Having grown up on Siesta Key and lived in Lakewood Ranch since 2013, she offers her clients firsthand insight into both established Sarasota neighborhoods and the continued growth and evolution of Lakewood Ranch.
Fondren’s connection to Sarasota extends well beyond simply growing up here. Raised in a family deeply involved in local business, real estate investment, and development, she grew up with an early understanding of Sarasota’s growth and the relationships that have shaped the community. Those experiences helped form the deep local roots and perspective she brings to her real estate career today.
Before beginning her real estate career, Fondren spent more than a decade as a small business owner in Sarasota’s wedding industry, including owning and operating a boutique in downtown Sarasota. Her experience developed the business acumen, attention to detail, and creative eye for design, presentation, and marketing that she now brings to her clients and their properties.

Fondren and her husband, Danny, are both Sarasota natives and are now raising their two children in Lakewood Ranch. Passionate about staying involved in the community she has always called home, Fondren supports organizations including Girls Inc. Sarasota, Moffitt Cancer Center, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
